LISS Program replaces Rolling Access / El programa LISS substituya el program "Rolling Access"


As many of you are aware, earlier this year, DDA discontinued the Rolling Access funding program. DDA is now instituting a new program, similar to rolling access, called LISS. There are two agencies in our
