Took my kids to Brookside last week with the intention of going to the butterfly exhibit, but they had such a fun time in the Children's Garden that we stayed there before our picnic lunch. The children's garden has a little treehouse, a sorting station, a pretend garden, and a little nmone tree dugout. Afterwards we walked to the stone circular maze, which was also fun! Just wanted to share---there's tons of free fun at Brookside even without visiting the butterfly exhibit.
